Our team Our team consists of 5 professionals with various backgrounds in Technology and Business Administration. Each and everyone of them takes an interest in trying to creatively solve innovative and grant questions.
Pieter Rem
In January 1997 Pieter, together with Rob Jacobs, founded the consultancy firm Dynova Innovatieadvies. Together they form a close knit team in directing Dynova Innovatieadvies, which nowadays consists of several operating companies.
After his study Agricultural Economics at the University of Wageningen, Pieter started straight away in the world of grant consultancy. Since 1989 he has guided both large and small companies in hundreds of grant applications, both on regional, national and European level. The first 7 years of his career Pieter worked as a grant consultant at the market leading company of grants consultancy, PNO. Since the founding of Dynova, Pieter has enlarged his experience to a more complete guidance of innovative processes for companies and organisations.
Pieter is also a member of the board of the HBN (Hungarian Business Network) and co-founder of the Nova-Base foundation.

Rob Jacobs
Rob, together with Pieter, is co-founder and co-owner of Dynova Innovatieadvies B.V. and its affiliated company Dyfundo B.V. Apart from advising companies and organisations, small and large, in all aspects of management, Rob is specialised in advising and co-initiate complex co-operation projects with an innovative character, both in the Netherlands and abroad. He has gained large project experience in the agricultural business, product development, robotica and process automation and ICT.
After his study Agricultural Economics at the University of Wageningen, he has worked for over 7 years at a branch organisation in the Agricultural sector. During these years he gained a lot of experience in consultancy, project management, market research and information technology.
Apart from that he has more than 15 years of managerial experience in a number of associations. At the moment he is vice president of the professional organisation for grant consultants, the NVAS.

Gert-Jan Slob
Gert Jan Slob is a Senior Consultant at Dynova Innovatieadvies. He guides companies and organisations in the area of innovation management, project financing and grant consultancy.
Gert-Jan has extensive experience in health care, industrial small and medium-sized firms, road construction and the agricultural sector. After his studies at the Agricultural College in Delft he has worked for over 9 years at a branch organisation in the meat and eggs sector. During his work for this organisation he has learned a lot about consultancy, market research and (inter)national promotion activities.

José van der Molen – Nagtzaam
José is Dynova''s Management Assistent. She is responsible for our website, our two-monthly newsletter and all other external communication. Furthermore, she organises our yearly client day and takes care of the general support of our two directors. She went to Schoevers, where she successfully obtained a degree in Office Management.
She has gained experience at several large companies, like Wessanen and Friesland Foods. |

Manon Cameron
Since 1998 Manon is Dynova''s secretary. She is responsible for the financial administration and all correspondence with clients and grant organisations concerning the WBSO grants regulation. Furthermore, she takes care of the general secretarial support for Dynova.
Manon has obtained a degree from the Intermediate Business School, focused on secretarial management. She started as a secretarial employee at Duyvis. After that, she worked for several companies in the region of Veenendaal.
